Bovis Homes appoints Forster to reposition retirement living

The new Bovis identity

Forster has been appointed by Bovis Homes to create a brand identity for a new type of housing development: stylish private apartments with optional in-house services for people aged 60-plus.

Tim Nabbs, Bovis Homes Regional Sales and Marketing Director, said: “We appointed Forster on the strength of their understanding of older audiences.  Their expertise has proved invaluable.  We're delighted with our new creative direction."

Forster's approach to the new identity is realistic but aspirational, using open and honest language and non-patronising imagery.
