Forster campaign drives Worcester to success
Choose How You Move - a campaign to promote sustainable travel developed by Forster - has contributed to a real triumph for the city of Worcester.
In targeted areas of the city, the campaign has reduced car trips per person by 12%, and increased use of public transport by 22%, cycling by 22% and walking by 17%.
Worcester, along with Peterborough and Darlington, is one of the UK's Sustainable Travel Demonstration Towns.
Forster created the Choose How You Move brand and creative strategy based on intensive stakeholder research into local travel habits. The brand aims to act as a motivating ‘personal travel coach' for the people of Worcester; priority public audiences are car-driving commuters, fitness-orientated adults, trend-setting young people and car-driving mums.
