In 2004, Worcester was chosen as one of three ‘sustainable travel demonstration towns’, blazing a trail for cleaner, greener, healthier travel choices.


Forster was appointed to develop a highly motivating sustainable travel brand and creative strategy.

Outcomes

  • During the first year of the initiative, in targeted areas of Worcester, Choose How You Move reduced car trips per person by 12%, increased the use of public transport by 22%, cycling by 22% and walking by 17%.
