Forster wins Britain’s Healthiest Workplace, for the second year running
Over 167 organisations and 31,950 individuals from across the UK took place in this year’s survey developed by VitalityHealth, which is now in its fifth year. Looking at nine different risk factors for employees including nutrition, physical activity, mental wellbeing, smoking, alcohol and sleep as well as workplace interventions, facilities and services it crucially gathers both the employer and employees perspectives. The FT have announced the results as part of an in-depth Health at Work series which looks at the impacts on employee health & wellbeing from the gig economy, global issues and innovations and intervention strategies we’re seeing across UK business.
