You’re our new talented business development manager

In the next three years, the social change agenda will become mainstream. As the employee-owned social change communications agency, Forster has big ambitions and need you to help us get there.

Think big. It’s a big role. You’ll be bringing in the business. The business will depend on you.

This fully-rounded role covers both sales and marketing activities. You’ll drive the new business plan within Forster, creating and implementing a structured lead generation programme, along with general marketing and awareness-raising activities.

Experience of the social change agenda is not essential. Confidence, talent and flair are. You’ll need to show new business development experience across a mix of commercial, social enterprise, advocacy groups, charities and government agencies, from campaigns and profile raising to budget management and pipeline activities.
